Shipping & Delivery

USA Orders:

Our processing time before an order ships out is 2-4 days, excluding weekends.
For canvas orders within the United States, you can expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days of purchase.

International Orders:

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

A tracking link will be sent by email. You can get updates on your packages location as soon as your order is on it's way.

Returns

Our goal is for you to be 100% happy with your order.

Any problems with your order, we’ve got you covered with a zero-hassle return or replacement.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a full refund.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or replacement.

If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 30 days of delivery using the form on our contact page to arrange a replacement or full refund.

All canvases have a depth of 1.25".

The canvas sizes listed on the product page are in inches. Canvases are offered in the following sizes:

Small: 12 x 18 (Inches) / 30.48 x 45.72 (Centimeters)
Medium: 18 x 24 (Inches) / 45.72 x 60.96 (Centimeters)
Large: 20 x 30 (Inches) / 50.8 x 76.2 (Centimeters)
X-Large: 30 x 40 (Inches) / 76.2 x 101.6 (Centimeters)
Gallery: 40 x 60 (Inches) / 101.6 x 152.4 (Centimeters)

All of our canvases are durable and should resist most scratches, smudges. You can dust your canvas with a soft, dry cloth. If your canvas needs deeper cleaning, you may try a damp cloth.
